Our Mission
At Venture Garden Foundation, our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and create pathways to success for Africa’s youth, women, and innovators.
We do this by providing access to skills development, mentorship, and opportunities in technology, business, and innovation.
By focusing on education, empowerment, and entrepreneurship, we aim to unlock Africa’s immense potential and drive sustainable development.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every young person and woman in Africa can leverage their skills, creativity, and passions to contribute to their community and the world. Our vision is to empower 1 million Africans over 5 years across 15 countries, shaping leaders and innovators who will drive Africa’s future.

Who We Are
VGF is a not for-profit organization established by VGG, an ecosystem of companies using technology to transform Africa by solving challenges that positively impact millions of people.
The Journey So Far
Established in 2021, VGF started as a small initiative focused on providing scholarships and training to disadvantaged students in Nigeria.
Over the years, we expanded our efforts to address critical challenges such as the skills gap in Africa’s tech industry, the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles, and the need for entrepreneurship opportunities.
Today, VGF operates across multiple African countries, making a tangible impact on lives and communities.
Structure
We realize that today there are several initiatives being implemented by several Non-Profits and NGOs to tackle the same problems we have identified, but we also realize that a major hindrance to the sustained success of these initiatives aside from funding, are the right support structures.
Venture Garden Foundation is designed to provide the structure
and the platform to power social initiatives to achieve a wider scope and scale.
