Our Executive Trainees Program

Equipping with business & management skills

Our Executive Trainees Program (ETP) targets young graduates, equipping them with critical business and management skills to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Through ETP, graduates are trained in Business Analysis and Product Management, with job placement opportunities offered to top performers.

We proudly supported the launch of Chess in Slums

An initiative that uses chess as a tool to educate and empower children living in underprivileged areas. VGF provided scholarship funds, helping children gain access to education through the intellectual challenges of chess.

Our Academia and Industry Bridge Projects address the gap between academic learning and industry demands. By partnering with universities and businesses, we ensure that graduates are equipped with the skills and experience needed to excel in the workforce. Our goal is to create a seamless transition from education to employment by providing students with practical, hands-on experience.
